We are looking for a few good men and women to join our team. If you have a minimum of a Class 4 unrestricted license and at least 5 years driving experience, we would like to talk to you. Currently we are looking to fill casual and on call positions, which may lead to further employment. Dispatcher
Griffin Transportation Services Inc. seeks qualified candidates for full and part time customer orientated dispatchers/reservationists. You will be expected to correctly provide trip information to chauffeurs, direct the activities of chauffeurs, communicate with by phone and radio, monitor incoming flights for any delays, and correspond with all departments of the organization. You are always expected to be polite, friendly, yet professional, tactful and discreet, and a problem solver. Verbal communication skills are crucial to the success of a dispatcher. Must be a leader who is a team player in every way.Requirements
Must have a high school diploma. Previous dispatch experience is preferred but not required, we will train suitable candidates. Computer skills and past experience in the limousine industry, management, hotel/travel/hospitality and corporate/VIP level customer service is a plus. Must have a positive and professional attitude. Should have a thorough working knowledge of the Vancouver area and be able to read a map. Must take exceptional pride in your work, and have a “passion to serve” and enjoy people.
