- Griffin Transportation has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel within the lower mainland.
- Vehicle rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at the Griffin Transportation hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the Griffin Transportation facility until the time it returns to the Griffin Transportation facility, with applicable hourly minimum.
- All Reservations that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle when pickup and drop locations are located outside the city of Vancouver.
- Fractions of an hour are rounded to nearest 15 minute increment.
- Trips starting and finishing between 1:00AM and 4:00AM will be charged an additional 10% of the base fare, stop and waiting time price.
