If you’re planning to go on a trip sometime soon, might we suggest a relaxing time at the beach? Of course, you could very well go to the closest beach anytime you want, but we’re talking about exploring some of the most exotically beautiful beaches in the world. There’s plenty to experience all around us, so don’t limit yourself to your own backyard. In fact, we’ll love for you to soak in the warm sun rays and pristine waters of some of the most beautiful beaches worldwide, so we’ve provided a few for you just down below:
You might already be familiar with Maya Bay from the dozens of films it’s been featured in over the years, but what about experiencing the beach itself? Although it is definitely a very popular tourist destination, it still remains one of Thailand’s treasures, and rightly so. Here, you can sink your feet in superbly soft sand, and with the backdrop of lush mountains and clear waters in front of you, you’ll probably think you’re in paradise.
It’s one of the most popular beaches in Bermuda, but we’ll let you in on a little secret: Port Royal Cove. Here, you’ll get to frolic in clear shallow waters (which makes it perfect for families with young children), and you’ll get to experience something amazing - soft, pick sand. It might seem a little hard to believe that pink sand could be beautiful in a natural way, but trust us, it really is.
Now that we’ve talked about pink sand, let’s move on to another dramatic color change: black sand. Located at the southern part of Iceland next to the fishing village of Vík í Mýrdal, this beach easily boasts stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic as well as awesome basalt rock formations rising from the sea. With Mount Reynisfjall serving as the backdrop to this wonderful location, it’s no wonder the “Game of Thrones” chose this location for one of their episodes.
El Nido in the Philippines isn’t just one beach. In fact, it’s about 50 of them, and they’re as beautiful as they come. Set around dramatic limestone foundations, you’ll have plenty of beaches to choose from, and they’re all home to superbly white sand and blindingly blue waters. And yes, if you thought you’ve seen the most magnificent sunset, get ready to have your eyes pop out in awe here.
Bali usually gets most of the hype, and it deserves it. However, let’s not forget that Indonesia has much more to offer, and one of them is Ora Beach. It’s relatively small compared to most popular beaches, but once you set your eyes on the emerald waters flowing in an around jungle islands, you’ll surmise that it really is worth it. Well, it isn’t called the Maldives of Indonesia for nothing.
