It’s time to get cracking for an invigorating morning run at Stanley Park. The 5K Run starts at 9:30 a.m. and you can enjoy a post-race after party to reward yourself. Look forward to living it up outdoors at the Stanley Park Pavilion with DJ music and lots of food and beer. You’re definitely encouraged to dress in as much green as possible, but whichever your choice of color, you can look forward to green beer after your adrenaline rush.

St. Patrick’s Family Day
The whole family is welcomed to join in the festivities from 11 a.m. onwards. Enjoy a wide variety of Irish foods and drinks (we wouldn’t forget the drinks), as well as other fun activities such as face painting, hula hoops and Irish dancers. There won’t be any cover charge, so you should definitely bring along as many people as possible to celebrate this special day together.

St. Patrick’s Day is not just about drinking, it’s also about appreciating the Irish heritage. You’re more than welcome to participate in this annual event, but it’ll be taking place at a new location, the Scottish Cultural Centre. There’s also going to be a cash bar at the venue for everyone to enjoy a fantastic drink selection. With the tunes provided by Vancouver’s finest local musicians, it’s time to dance to the beat.
