Reliable and Trustworthy Drivers

Our exclusive and comprehensive vetting process ensures that we are always compliant with Duty of Care Best Practices by verifying that our drivers are properly registered and licensed, and have passed a comprehensive background check to ensure that you are traveling with a safe and trustworthy chauffeur—something that an alarming number of transportation companies cannot guarantee.

Every Griffin Transportation driver is required to have, and be able to verify, two years' prior commercial driving experience to be eligible for employment with us. They are further required to use our proprietary mobile app for identification and GPS vehicle tracking purposes.

You or your employee will automatically receive text messages prior to pickup that detail the make and model of the car, a photo ID of the driver, and a real time map that lets you be assured that we will be there on time.

Detailed Driver Reviews

In our ongoing effort to meet or exceed the expectations of our clients, we provide an easy way for you to offer honest and direct feedback on your overall experience, particularly the performance of our driver. We want to know everything—the good, the bad, and all things in between. After a ride is complete, the passenger will receive a brief survey that allows him or her to rate the overall experience. We also perform our own audits, to ensure that our drivers fully understand, and are compliant with, our policies and procedures.

Safe, Comfortable, Late-Model Vehicles

Our vehicles are well maintained and adhere to a high standard of cleanliness. Cars in our fleet are no more than five years old and are kept in peak running condition. All of our vehicles are properly marked to meet vehicle identification requirements pursuant to local laws.

Insurance

All our drivers are fully insured at levels compliant with local laws, and with additional coverage designated and required by Griffin Transportation. We also supplement that coverage with our own comprehensive blanket policy to ensure that, in the unlikely event of an accident, we are able to fully cover your needs and expenses.

Data Security

With data security becoming an ever-greater concern, Griffin Transportation has gone to great lengths to ensure that your personal and financial data is safe and secure. We are also constantly assessing and updating our systems to ensure that the threat of a security breach remains at a minimum at all times.

From processing your data, to its transmission, to its arrival at its determined secure cloud storage location, we employ a rigorous set of criteria that is not only safe and secure, but also fully compliant with local regulations and privacy laws.
